Lightblocks Ply + Seraphic Digital Print Tops

The world is your oyster with Seraphic High Performance Digital Print onto the ultra-versatile Lightblocks with ply substrate.

 

Custom print your own patterns, photos, or graphics onto the underside of our soft touch resin, thereby eliminating any maintenance, wearing or cleaning concerns while your print stays fully protected. A bold way to inject fun and uniqueness into your project with a funky feature ply edge.

Table tops can be made to custom sizes inside above measurements (single pieces) and larger tops can be accommodated with joins or custom sheet sizes (additional fees may apply, please contact us to discuss). 

 

Tops can be fitted to any of the Jarvis table bases or stools for you, or ordered on their own separately. 

 

Edge: Pencil round or Aris

Features: The translucent thickness of Lightblocks gives unique light reflection, depth and colour appearance (please request samples to check colour prior to ordering). Fully refinishable for durable lifespan in commercial environments

Composition: Digitally printed to the underside of 3mm Lightblocks soft touch resin with matt surface applied to 18mm AA grade plywood. Optional: Clear satin seal to underside of plywood or just plywood edge (highly recommended in food service environments). Optional pigmented stains to the plywood feature edge. 

Suitability: Indoor use only

Lead time: Indicatively 3-6 weeks (subject to project size)

Digital print designs: Custom designs welcomed. You may select from Shutterstock images or vectors or supply your own files. Please supply finished files to the final sizing required. Jarvis can offer design assistance on request, please contact us to discuss.

 

File types: Vectors accepted in INDD, AI, PDF formats. Images accepted in PSD or PDF formats at 300dpi resolution.

 

Samples: 1:1 scale, A4 size sample supplied for sign off prior to production as well as a print proof drawing

Wipe down using a solution of warm water and non-abrasive, pH neutral detergent solution and a soft cloth or chamois.

 

Maintenance: Light refinishing if there is only a light scratch can be achieved by using rubbing the area in a random circular motion with a fine steel scouring pad (Scotch-Brite). Test in an inconspicuous area before attempting a main area on the job
